Terms and Conditions:-
1.
All
Venders/Suppliers who are interested in supplying the above
items, should be doing the same business for the last 02
preceding years ie. 2004-05 & 2005-06 and still doing the same
business.
2.
The
Venders/Suppliers should have valid TIN, PAN.
3.
The
Venders/Suppliers should first register themselves with UEE-Mission,
Delhi for which they must submit attested copies of the TIN, PAN
alongwith a non-refundable Bank Draft for Rs.500/- payable in
favour of UEE-Mission, DELHI.
4.
The dates for
registration of Venders/Suppliers will be from 02.08.2006 to
25.08.2006, 11.00A.M to 04.00P.M on all working days. No
application for registration will be accepted after the expiry
date under any circumstance. The Venders/Suppliers should apply on the
hardcopy of the “Proforma
for Registration” which is down-loadable.
5.
Only registered
Venders/Suppliers will then submit the rates of all or part
items, as detailed above, in a sealed letter addressed to AAO,
UEEM.
6.
The date for
submission of sealed letters containing price details will be
from 18.08.2006 to 25.08.2006 from 11.00A.M to 4.00P.M on all
working days.
7.
No sealed letters
containing price details will be accepted before the start date
or after the closing date.
8.
The successful
Vendor/Suppliers will be issued a Work Order to supply
the items. The Vendor has to supply the items within 10 days
from the date of receipt of the work order and the payment will
be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the
items.
9.
Decision of
Chairperson, EC-UEEM/ Secretary (Education) will be final for
any dispute, if any.
10.
